TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTNERS
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited is offering an online platform through mobile application named ” JUST RIDE ” for various kinds of cab and transportation services under one roof.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited (“we” or “our”) and you (“Partner”, “Driver” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of “JUST RIDE Partner” mobile application and any of its services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).
Both the TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited (“we” or “our”) and you (“Partner”, “Driver” or “your”) have agreed that all disputes arising out of this agreement/T&C shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
Accounts and Membership:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using this Mobile Application and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account in the Mobile Application.
Partner Content/Data:
We do not own any data, information or material (“Content”) that you submit in the Mobile Application in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness of all submitted Content. We may monitor and review Content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our application by you.
Payment Terms:
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 10 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay actual fare charges to driver after completion the trip.
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled & toll charges as well.
- Payment has to be paid directly to the driver by passenger/customer.
- Driver/Partner is liable to pay Rs. 10/- cancelation fee for every cancellation in the case of cancel (be it for any reason) after confirm booking by passenger/customer.
Partner Credit Purchase or e-wallet Recharge:
E-wallet system provides an easy solution to deposit money in their (Driver/Partners) wallet. Partner will receive job leads only after Credit Purchase or e-wallet recharge. Minimum wallet recharge amount is Rs. 200/- value. We will not charge any amount for leads, 10% commission will be automatically deducted from Partner’s e-wallet only when Partner accept the job.
We do not allow encashment / cash-out facility of the balance available in e-wallet to Driver/Partner. In this case, only commission will be automatically adjusted from Partner/Driver e-wallet.
Lead Intimation to Partner:
Partner will notify through apps notification when job posted in his/her defined area, the same notification will be sent to minimum 3 to 5 partners at the same time and partner allocation will be done on first come first serve basis. Whoever will accept the lead first, he/she will get the job.
Bonus System:
Every Partner will get newly account opening bonus/reward at a time (after sign up) Rs. 100/- value in their e-wallet system.
In the time of every e-wallet recharge Partner will get 10% extra more value on wallet recharge value for every time.
Every Partner will get Yearly bonus Rs. 500/- more value in their e-wallet system in the time of festival sessions like Durga Puja or Diwali time as per Partner performance basis.
Incentive System:
Due to high earning opportunities provided by incentive system, you will see an increase in the competition among the drivers/partners to earn maximum money which will ultimately benefit you.
Any driver/partner who crosses the weekly 70 rides is eligible for an incentive of Rs. 200/- more value in every time in their e-wallet system.
Refer & Earn:
- This offer is valid for Existing Every Partner/Driver
- For each successful referral, referrer will earn reward worth Rs. 100 more value in every time in their e-wallet system.
- Successful referral here means – newly referred accounts opened by new partner with 1st time e-wallet recharge and New Partner will receive job leads only after Credit Purchase or e-wallet recharge
Liability:
We cannot be hold accountable for any loss, accidental damage, physical injury etc. suffered by the Partner while availing its services.
If any passenger misses their train or flight or bus, we will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab/vehicle has not reached due to any reason.
In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the user/passenger, the driver/partner should immediately report to the support team.
Insurance:
We not provide any insurance policy for the Driver/Partner/Goods availing the Transportation Services and the information on the same is available on the Platform once the Services are availed by the Partners.
Termination:
You hereby acknowledge and agree that TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete, terminate, or deactivate your Account immediately without any notice if TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited / JUST RIDE believes or has reason to believe that you have violated any provision of the Terms of Use.
Acceptance of these terms:
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
