Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms:

Customer/Passenger is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of maximum delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than approx or recommended journey time from the pick up or start ride time.
Customer/Passenger is liable to pay actual fare charges to driver after completion of the trip.
Customer/Passenger is liable to pay charges in the case of cancel (be it for any reason) after confirm booking.
Customer/Passenger is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled, toll & parking charges as well.
Payment has to be paid directly to the driver.

Customers/Passenger may cancel their booking before the ride starts with no cancellation fee.
No cancellation fee or charges will be applied for cancelling any booking initially.
