TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USERS
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited is offering an online platform through mobile application named ” JUST RIDE ” for various kinds of cab and transportation services under one roof.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited (“we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “Passenger” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of JUST RIDE mobile application and any of its services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).
Both the TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited (“we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “Passenger” or “your”) have agreed that all disputes arising out of this agreement/T&C shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata only.
Accounts and Membership:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Mobile Application. By using this Mobile Application and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account in the Mobile Application.
User Content/Data:
We do not own any data, information or material (“Content”) that you submit in the Mobile Application in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness of all submitted Content. We may monitor and review Content in the Mobile Application submitted or created using our application by you.
Payment Terms:
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay waiting charges in the case of delay (be it for any reason) exceeding more than 10 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay actual fare charges to driver after completion of the trip.
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay cancelation charges in the case of cancel (be it for any reason) after confirm booking
- Customer/Passenger is liable to pay for any additional distance traveled & toll charges as well.
- Payment has to be paid directly to the driver.
Liability:
We cannot be hold accountable for any loss, accidental damage, physical injury etc. suffered by the customer while availing its services.
If any passenger misses their train or flight or bus, we will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab/vehicle has not reached due to any reason.
In case of any misconduct or misbehavior by the driver, the customer should immediately report to the support team.
Insurance:
We not provide any insurance policy for the Passengers/Customers/Goods availing the Transportation Services and the information on the same is available on the Platform once the Services are availed by the Users.
Termination:
You hereby acknowledge and agree that TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete, terminate, or deactivate your Account immediately without any notice if TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited / JUST RIDE believes or has reason to believe that you have violated any provision of the Terms of Use.
Acceptance of these terms:
You hereby acknowledge and agree that TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete, terminate, or deactivate your Account immediately without any notice if TechnoSAS Online Services Private Limited / JUST RIDE believes or has reason to believe that you have violated any provision of the Terms of Use.
